Cancellation Timeframe

An order can be cancelled within 6 hours of being placed, except for orders that have already been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once
an order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Strict No Cash Returns Policy

Please note that Uhome.lk operates under a strict zero-cash-refund framework. There are absolutely no cash returns or monetary refunds
issued at any time, during or after business operations. All eligible returns, defects, or order issues will be resolved exclusively through direct
product exchanges.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Goods (3-Day Exchange Guarantee)

We pride ourselves on the quality of our home and kitchen appliances. However, if your item arrives damaged, broken, or defective, you must
initiate a return request within 3 days of the delivery date.

Once you notify us and return the damaged item, our technical team will inspect the product. Upon verification, we will rapidly dispatch a brandnew exchange product to your delivery address within the next 3 days, entirely at our expense. Please contact us immediately at
support@uhome.lk to initiate this process

Eligibility for Standard Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an undamaged product, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a product swap.

  • Items must be 100% unused, in the exact same condition that you received them, and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) is required to process any exchange.
  • Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable and will not be credited toward your exchange value.
How to Request an Exchange

Online Request:

1. Visit www.uhome.lk and navigate to the โ€œContact Usโ€ section.
2. Submit an exchange request, including your order number, photographic evidence of the item (if damaged), and the reason for the return.
3. Once your return is authorized, package your item securely with the original receipt and ship it to: Uhome.lk 119, Prince Street Colombo 11, Sri Lanka

In-Person Exchange

If you prefer, you may bring the product and the original receipt to our headquarters at the address above within the
respective timeframe (3 days for damaged goods, 14 days for standard unused exchanges). A staff member will inspect the item and process your
product exchange immediately, subject to stock availability.

Policy on Product Misuse

Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, improper installation, or failure to follow the manufacturer’s operational guidelines will not be
eligible for an exchange or replacement. If you have questions regarding compatibility or usage, please contact our support team before operating
the appliance.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Used or Operated Products: Any item or appliance that has been powered on, operated, assembled, or shows any signs of wear, usage, or
physical handling after delivery.
